Strategy Partner, APAC

Role overview

This position is for a Strategy Partner supporting the APAC Market Group Head in shaping commercial and strategic direction. You will help translate strategy into actionable business plans and see them through execution, using a strong mix of commercial understanding, analytical thinking, and executive communication.

Please note that relocation support is not available for this role.

What you will do

• Build and refine regional and global commercial strategies that support ambitious business goals.
• Partner closely with regional leaders to drive priority initiatives forward.
• Work across teams and functions to solve critical business challenges, develop strategy, and ensure plans are carried through effectively.
• Challenge ideas constructively and act as a strategic sounding board for market group leaders on key issues and decisions.
• Set and manage the agenda for regional leadership meetings, making sure the focus remains strategic and follow-up actions are clear.
• Evaluate market trends, risks, and opportunities to support decision-making; handle ad hoc analysis, presentations, and decision papers.
• Collaborate with market and strategy partners on global initiatives, alignment of direction, capability building, and sharing insights.
• Own strategic work from defining the problem to analyzing the situation, extracting insights, and presenting outcomes in a way that drives organizational change.

Team context

The Strategy & Transformation team is responsible for corporate strategy development and value realization, with a focus on major strategic priorities. It works as a central group alongside senior leaders across functions and geographies on both strategic and operational topics. The team is made up of professionals with consulting and industry backgrounds and serves as a talent hub for the LEGO Group.

What we are looking for

• Substantial experience in a strategy consulting firm, ideally with additional experience in a similar role within FMCG/CPG or in a digital environment.
• Very strong quantitative and analytical ability, with the confidence to draw insights and conclusions from complex business challenges.
• A commercially minded, ambitious, and entrepreneurial approach.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to create well-structured documents, analyses, and executive-level PowerPoint presentations.
