Role Overview
We are looking for a Store Manager for the Pull&Bear location in Munich. This is a full-time, on-site position.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will help create a store environment that feels inspiring, energetic, and engaging every day. As the person leading the store, you will be at the heart of its daily rhythm.
Leadership and Store Performance
You will guide your team with clarity and motivation, set the right priorities, and actively drive sales and productivity. You will also make sure every collection is clearly presented and experienced on the shop floor.
You understand that a strong store is built when people are encouraged, challenged, and supported to grow.
You will work with figures, customer behavior, and market trends, then act quickly, purposefully, and effectively. Your decisions should strengthen the team, move the store forward, and make the brand experience more tangible for customers.
With your vision, the store should become a place where fashion feels alive and enthusiasm can be felt.
