Role overview
Skinnydip London is hiring a Store & Customer Service Representative for its Camden location. This position combines in-store retail support with online customer care, giving you the chance to develop deep product knowledge while helping customers across different channels. The role is scheduled for 15 hours per week.
What you’ll do
- Provide excellent service to shoppers both on the shop floor and through digital channels so every interaction feels positive and helpful.
- Offer clear, honest, and personalized product guidance to help customers choose the right items.
- Maintain strong visual merchandising and overall store presentation standards to keep the space appealing.
- Handle stock tasks efficiently, including incoming deliveries, returns, refunds, and inventory rotation.
- Process till transactions accurately and with confidence.
- Respond to customer enquiries by email and live chat, including questions about orders, refunds, and delivery logistics.
- Stay informed about the brand’s newest products, promotions, and updates.
- Support the team with store tidiness, merchandising, and day-to-day operational tasks.
- Work comfortably across multiple IT systems to deliver seamless service.
