Role Summary

This full-time, on-site position is based in Accra and is responsible for overseeing stock and inventory activities across the clinic. The selected professional will keep inventory at healthy levels, reduce unnecessary waste, maintain precise records, review movement patterns, and spot opportunities to make inventory handling more efficient. The role also requires working closely with clinic teams to forecast needs, preparing reports, and following internal procedures and standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of inventory control and stock management methods to keep records accurate and operations running smoothly.
• Strong ability to analyze data, identify stock trends, reduce mismatches, and improve inventory performance.
• Good communication and client-facing skills for effective coordination with colleagues, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• A careful, structured, and solution-oriented approach to handling inventory issues.
• Prior experience in stock or inventory management is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems or similar software is an added advantage.
• A background in supply chain management, business administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
