Key responsibilities

• Offer prompt, courteous help to shoppers and keep service levels high.
• Replenish shelves efficiently and make sure products are displayed neatly and attractively.
• Receive deliveries, inspect product condition and quality, and remove any stock that does not meet store standards.

Skills and experience

• A friendly, approachable manner and a willingness to assist both customers and colleagues.
• The ability to replenish stock quickly while maintaining good availability for shoppers.
• A dependable, adaptable approach with a positive attitude in a fast-paced setting.
• Previous retail experience can help, but it is not required; mindset and reliability are more important.
