Role overview
This is a senior product leadership opportunity for a mobile-first product based in Ireland and offered through a partner company that handles applications and the next stages of the hiring process. The role centers on defining and scaling a daily-use mobile experience for a worldwide customer base. You will guide a mission-critical application that supports real-world operations while balancing product vision, customer needs, analytical thinking, and execution in a fast-paced SaaS setting.
You will collaborate with engineering, design, research, and go-to-market functions to build polished, high-performing mobile experiences across iOS and Android. The environment is highly collaborative and driven by data, with a strong focus on measurable customer outcomes, ongoing discovery, and continuous improvement. This role is well suited to a product leader who is energized by mobile products, user-centered design, and work that has a direct impact on adoption, retention, and engagement.
Key accountabilities
- Set the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the mobile app, ensuring it supports broader company and product goals.
- Run ongoing discovery work by speaking directly with users and turning insights into clear opportunities and requirements.
- Establish and monitor north-star metrics and supporting KPIs for adoption, engagement, and retention, with strong product analytics in place.
- Own the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration across iOS and Android.
- Work with Product Design to create responsive, intuitive, native mobile experiences for users on the move.
- Support multiple customer personas such as operators, owners, field workers, and service providers, and ensure their needs shape product decisions.
- Partner with Engineering and Data teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions with reliable measurement.
- Coordinate launch readiness with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Support.
- Spot opportunities to use mobile capabilities and AI to improve workflows, efficiency, and usability.
- Review product performance continuously and refine the experience using customer feedback, usage data, and market signals.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of product management experience, with a strong emphasis on mobile products in B2B SaaS environments.
- Hands-on experience launching, growing, and improving mobile apps on both iOS and Android.
- Experience managing production release processes for the App Store and Google Play.
- Comfort working on complex products that serve multiple user types and workflows.
- Proven ability to conduct user research, field interviews, and continuous discovery to guide product direction.
- Strong analytical ability to define metrics, interpret data, and make evidence-based decisions.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle, from concept to delivery and optimization.
- Strong product judgment, structured problem-solving, and the ability to operate effectively in ambiguity.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align teams around priorities and vision.
- Passion for mobile-first experiences and thoughtful product design; background in hospitality, travel, or property management is beneficial.
