Role overview
Bvlgari Hotel London is seeking a polished, enthusiastic, and service-driven Spa Receptionist to join its luxurious spa team on a fixed-term basis. The role sits at the front line of the Bvlgari Spa, where you will create a welcoming first impression and help deliver a calm, premium guest experience.
Key duties
Reporting to the Reception Manager, you will greet guests and members, manage repeat and new reservations, and help optimise spa income through smart scheduling, treatment room allocation, and retail/product sales. You will also contribute to strong financial performance across spa treatments, fitness, and membership services. A visible and proactive presence at reception is essential, including hosting spa tours for VIP guests, journalists, and prospective members.
Candidate profile
The hotel is looking for someone with a strong hospitality and wellness mindset, excellent presentation, and confident communication skills. Experience in a luxury spa or high-end hospitality setting is preferred, particularly within five-star deluxe hotels. A background in customer service within luxury environments, along with a strong understanding of five-star service standards, will be highly valued.
Relevant NVQ or similar professional qualifications may be advantageous, although genuine enthusiasm and a passion for the role are considered key differentiators. The right person will be calm under pressure, comfortable with booking platforms and admin tasks, and able to connect naturally with guests.
Additional requirements
Applicants must have strong spoken and written English and be eligible to work in the UK. Knowledge of a second language would be an advantage. The employer values a diverse workforce. If you do not receive a response within two weeks, the application should be considered unsuccessful on this occasion.
