Your Opportunity
An opportunity is available for a practical, service-oriented warehouse/customer support professional to join the Inventory Solutions team in Kalgoorlie, WA. This is a permanent full-time position where you will play an important part in supporting customers and helping the team deliver strong service and growth.
What You'll Be Doing
- Offer in-person assistance to customers at their sites.
- Travel between multiple customer locations to restock vending machines.
- Stay in regular contact with customers to make sure service expectations are consistently achieved.
- Carry out stock counts and inventory checks in line with company procedures.
- Follow all customer and company workplace health and safety rules and processes without exception.
What You’ll Bring
- Background in customer service or retail, with warehouse experience seen as an advantage.
- Clear commitment to safety at all times.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build solid customer relationships.
- Comfort using computers and the ability to solve problems quickly in a busy environment.
- Willingness to comply fully with customer and company WHS requirements.
- A current and valid manual driver's licence is required.
