Hail House Building Materials is looking for a showroom sales associate to represent the brand at its Riyadh showroom. The role involves greeting visitors, identifying what each customer needs, introducing the product range, and supporting them in choosing the right solution with confidence.

What you will do

• Welcome walk-in customers warmly and deliver a polished showroom experience.
• Ask the right questions to understand project needs and suggest suitable products.
• Showcase and explain products such as porcelain, ceramic tiles, adhesives, and grouting materials.
• Offer clear technical support and respond to customer queries about product details and installation.
• Follow up with prospective buyers and work toward monthly sales goals.
• Keep showroom displays neat, appealing, and well-presented throughout the day.
• Work with warehouse and logistics teams to verify stock availability and delivery arrangements.

Requirements

• Candidate must be a Saudi national; this is a mandatory condition.
• Prior experience in showroom sales or retail sales is preferred.
• Familiarity with building materials, tiles, or interior finishing products will be an added advantage.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities are essential.
• A professional look and a positive, customer-focused attitude are expected.
• Must be able to manage multiple customers and stay effective in a busy environment.
