We are seeking a dynamic Showroom Assistant to join our growing team.

The Role

We are looking for a high-energy Showroom Assistant to support the daily operations at our Gallatin Gateway, Montana location. This role is crucial for maintaining a smooth and efficient showroom environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and strong written and verbal communication skills. This position operates within a professional office setting, utilizing standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and copiers. While primarily an indoor role in well-lit and ventilated areas, occasional work in external environments may occur. The role is largely sedentary, involving occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds, sitting, standing, walking, talking, hearing, and fine motor skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound communications, including answering phone calls and general email inquiries, and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Coordinate meeting schedules for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring cross-functional availability.
  • Organize and maintain internal resources, including files and office supplies, to ensure easy accessibility.
  • Schedule appointments and send out reminders as needed.
  • Maintain and update the contact database with new information.
  • Stay informed about job statuses as requested.
  • Assist in ordering samples for sales associates.
  • Support daily office administration processes to foster a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements

Additional Information

This is a full-time position requiring forty hours per week. Working hours are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 9 am to 5 pm, Wednesday from 8 am to 5 pm, and Friday from 9 am to 4 pm. Occasional overtime may be required to meet business needs. Local travel is expected, up to 3 hours driving distance during business hours, with potential for occasional out-of-area and overnight travel. A reliable vehicle and a clean driving record are necessary to meet insurance eligibility requirements.
