Role Summary
This position supports stable, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing by carrying out process experiments, tracking production performance, resolving technical problems, and working closely with Process Engineers, Equipment Engineers, and Production teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor process behavior and help maintain control of production flow.
- Assist the Process Engineering team with day-to-day technical activities and experiments.
- Contribute to yield improvement, quality enhancement, and defect reduction efforts.
- Support operations and equipment-related troubleshooting on the line.
- Take part in continuous improvement activities and follow environmental, health, and safety rules.
- Follow work procedures, complete required training, and keep building personal capability.
Skills and Experience
- A higher diploma with relevant semiconductor experience.
- 3 to 5 years of semiconductor-related experience.
- Exposure to a cleanroom setting and wafer processing is beneficial.
- Working knowledge of semiconductor process steps and modules.
- Ability to use MES, process control, and reporting tools or systems.
- Comfort working in a cleanroom environment.
- Willingness to work night shifts and provide on-call overtime line support when needed.
- Proactive attitude, curiosity, and readiness to learn complex processes step by step.

Additional Information
