Role overview
Cooling Towers Ireland (CT&I), which forms part of the SPX group, is hiring a Service Coordinator for its Trim, County Meath location. This position suits someone who is highly organised, enjoys planning work, solves problems efficiently and helps keep day-to-day operations on track.
You will collaborate with engineers, site personnel, suppliers and customers to coordinate service activity across several projects. The role also offers strong scope for progression for a person who shows initiative, takes responsibility and wants to grow with an expanding organisation.
Key duties
- Organise and schedule service and maintenance tasks across multiple sites.
- Maintain schedules using Outlook and the company’s WorkApp.
- Communicate with site teams, customers and suppliers through email and telephone.
- Make sure labour, tools, equipment and other resources are assigned efficiently.
- Assist with job monitoring, service documentation and general office administration.
- Oversee health and safety paperwork and site compliance needs.
- Coordinate equipment rentals, deliveries and other site logistics.
- Support the fast resolution of daily operational issues.
