About the Role
This position is for an experienced telecaller to support sales efforts for an eCommerce website design company based in Chennai. The role focuses on handling calls, engaging prospects, and helping drive customer conversions through persuasive communication and relationship-building.
Responsibilities
- Handle sales-oriented calling activities and follow up with prospects.
- Conduct cold calling to generate interest and identify potential leads.
- Maintain and update customer relationships using CRM practices.
- Use convincing communication to support closures and conversions.
- Assist with inside sales activities and related outreach tasks.
Eligibility
Candidates must have at least 1 year of relevant experience to be considered.
Salary
The offered package is between INR 2,00,000 and INR 4,00,000 per year.
