Senior Public Relations Manager

Role overview

An integrated communications agency in Dubai is seeking a seasoned PR Manager to join its expanding team. This position is well suited to someone who performs strongly in a busy agency setting and enjoys shaping high-impact public relations work for a mix of prominent regional and international brands.

The role focuses on media relations, strategic communications planning, and close collaboration with social, influencer, and digital specialists to deliver joined-up campaigns. You will be responsible for overseeing PR activity across several client accounts, building earned media opportunities, and helping campaigns achieve clear, measurable outcomes.

What you will do

• Plan and deliver integrated PR campaigns across multiple industries.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with journalists, editors, broadcasters, and other important media contacts across the UAE and GCC.
• Drive earned coverage through proactive outreach, pitching, and ongoing media engagement.
• Draft a wide range of content such as press releases, feature stories, executive biographies, award submissions, speeches, media packs, and briefing notes.
• Coordinate support for launches, media briefings, press events, influencer activations, and corporate occasions.
• Work alongside internal social, digital, and influencer teams to create fully integrated communications activity.
• Track press coverage, evaluate campaign outcomes, and prepare reporting for clients.
• Spot and develop thought leadership opportunities for senior spokespeople and client brands.
• Provide communications support during sensitive reputation management or crisis situations when needed.
• Develop trusted client relationships through strong consultancy and account handling.
• Guide and support junior team members.

Candidate profile

The ideal applicant will bring 4 to 7+ years of experience in a PR agency or communications role, along with a solid media network across the UAE and GCC. They should have a proven record of achieving earned coverage across business and consumer outlets, plus excellent written and spoken English. Arabic language skills are considered an advantage.

Strong copywriting, storytelling, client servicing, presentation, and project management skills are essential. You should be comfortable managing several accounts at once, working to competing deadlines, and handling media events, launches, and press-related activity.

Preferred sector background

Experience in one or more of the following areas would be especially relevant: government, tourism and hospitality, travel, FMCG, retail, lifestyle, beauty, fashion, and technology.

Experience delivering campaigns that combine PR with influencer marketing and social media is highly desirable.

Compensation

Salary range: AED 25,000 to AED 28,000 per month.
