Role Summary

This is a full-time remote opportunity for a Senior Project Director. In this position, you will oversee large and complex initiatives from planning through completion, guide project teams, and make sure deliverables are completed on schedule. The role requires building project roadmaps, managing timelines and budgets, coordinating with teams across functions, tracking progress, and identifying risks early. You will also provide regular updates to stakeholders and keep project execution aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of complex projects end to end.
• Prepare detailed project plans and manage schedules and budgets effectively.
• Coordinate work across cross-functional teams to keep delivery on track.
• Track project milestones, progress, and performance against targets.
• Spot potential risks early and implement mitigation measures.
• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders and share progress updates.
• Support team performance by guiding, coaching, and aligning members toward project goals.

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in project management, allocating resources, and managing risk.
• Ability to lead varied teams, encourage collaboration, and keep everyone focused on outcomes.
• Strong command of budgeting, scheduling, and strategic project planning.
• Comfortable using project management platforms and related software tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working with clients and stakeholders to set expectations and provide ongoing updates.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a similar field.
• Professional certifications such as PMP or Agile credentials are an added advantage.
