Key responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of product and user behavior to identify usage trends, points of friction, retention influences, and opportunities to grow revenue.
• Create and improve reporting systems that link product metrics to outcomes such as retention, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
• Design dashboards, templates, and self-serve analytics resources so product teams can access and interpret data on their own.
• Work with engineering and data specialists to define, implement, and maintain event tracking, data structures, and governance practices.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, consistency, and dependability across product data in analytics and BI platforms.
• Convert analytical findings into practical guidance that supports product roadmaps and executive-level reporting.

Requirements

• At least 5-8+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a similar data-focused product function.
• Experience building or expanding product analytics systems in SaaS or platform-based environments.
• Strong SQL skills, along with practical use of BI and analytics tools such as Looker, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or comparable platforms.
• Solid knowledge of KPIs, data modeling, event tracking, and product instrumentation.
• Ability to connect product usage data with business outcomes and strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to make complex data easy to understand and to influence stakeholders across functions.
• A highly organized, process-driven approach with strong collaboration skills.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to balance big-picture direction and detailed execution.
