Role Overview
The company is hiring a Senior Marketing Manager in Singapore to own and deliver integrated marketing programs across performance marketing, content, partnerships, public relations, events, and influencer campaigns. The role suits someone with a strong growth or performance marketing background who is also comfortable executing campaigns directly and working in a hands-on way.
This position will contribute to brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth across the region. It is best suited to a proactive marketer who enjoys fast-paced environments, testing new ideas, and building initiatives from the ground up.
Core Responsibilities
You will lead customer growth efforts across paid and organic channels, plan and optimize multi-channel campaigns across retail locations, the website, Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms, and use funnel and performance data to improve ROI. You will also work with internal teams to strengthen conversion, retention, and the overall customer experience.
The role includes developing content strategies for social media, the website, email, and community channels, as well as creating marketing assets such as articles, social content, campaign creatives, and video content. You may also need to support light production tasks such as filming, editing, or coordinating creative work.
In addition, you will help plan and deliver online and offline events, webinars, activations, and community programs, working with vendors, venues, agencies, and partners to ensure smooth execution and attendee follow-up. You will also support media outreach, press releases, and broader communications efforts, while building relationships with media and industry stakeholders.
The position also covers influencer and partnership marketing, including identifying relevant creators, managing collaborations, and supporting brand or ecosystem partnerships. You will coordinate with sales, product, operations, leadership, external agencies, freelancers, and creative partners to align marketing activity with business priorities.
Requirements
The ideal candidate has 5 to 7 years of marketing experience, with a strong emphasis on growth or performance marketing and measurable campaign results. Experience in content marketing and social media is important, along with a willingness to work directly on content production when needed, including basic video filming or editing.
Exposure to event planning and execution, both virtual and in-person, is expected. Familiarity with PR, media relations, influencer work, and partnership-led marketing is also required. A strong analytical approach, excellent communication, solid project management skills, and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset are essential.
Experience in startups, high-growth businesses, or regional marketing roles will be considered an advantage. Additional preference is given to candidates who have marketed to Southeast Asian audiences and who are familiar with tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite. Comfort appearing on camera or directing lightweight video shoots, as well as an existing network of media, creator, agency, or ecosystem contacts in Singapore, is a bonus.
