Role Overview

The company is hiring a dynamic and highly organised (Senior) Logistics Executive to help run shipping and fulfilment operations across APAC, excluding China. Reporting to the GM, APAC (ex China), this role partners closely with Sales, Production, and Finance to ensure collectibles move efficiently through the supply chain. The position focuses on regional freight coordination, inventory control, and day-to-day management of third-party logistics partners.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for coordinating international freight, keeping inventory records accurate, supporting warehouse activity, and managing third-party logistics relationships so that service levels and timelines are consistently met.

Regional Freight and Shipment Coordination

• Manage and monitor inbound and outbound international shipments across APAC to support on-time delivery of products.
• Prepare, check, and maintain all shipping papers, customs forms, and clearance-related documents to meet regulatory requirements.
• Watch shipment progress closely and address delays or customs-related problems quickly to keep operations moving.

Inventory and Warehouse Management

• Keep stock records accurate across regional storage locations by tracking inventory movements carefully.
• Work with Sales and Production to help forecast demand and align stock availability with upcoming launches.
• Carry out routine stock checks and database updates to reduce mismatches and support inventory budgeting.

Vendor and 3PL Management

• Coordinate daily activities with third-party logistics providers and carriers to ensure service targets are achieved.
• Review vendor performance and adherence to agreed metrics to improve operational standards.
• Support freight option comparisons and identify opportunities to lower costs across the distribution network.

Requirements

• Experience handling consumer goods movements across APAC is preferred.
• Background in consumer products, retail, or e-commerce distribution environments.
• Comfort with international freight coordination, shipping documentation, and cross-border customs procedures.
• Ability to oversee daily operations and track performance metrics with 3PL partners.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills for analysis, inventory planning, and reporting.
• Practical experience with ERP systems; experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work well across regional teams and external vendors.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset for handling transit exceptions and meeting tight deadlines.
