Overview

ACCPRO is working with an expanding international organisation to find a seasoned HR leader who can take ownership of the people function. The ideal person will bring strong structure, sharpen existing processes, and collaborate closely with senior leadership to help shape a productive and high-performing workplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take charge of the HR function and guide strategy across people initiatives, employee experience, and wellbeing.
  • Review, streamline, and maintain essential HR workflows, systems, and supporting documentation.
  • Manage onboarding, performance review processes, and compliance-related programmes.
  • Work alongside senior management to roll out organisational frameworks and wider people projects.

Requirements
