About the role
Genpact is hiring a Senior Consultant to help address complex business problems, shape client strategy, and support meaningful change. The position is centered on working through uncertain challenges, turning customer and business needs into workable solutions, and creating impact across customer experience, operations, and digital transformation. This opportunity is well suited to professionals who enjoy structured thinking and have experience in transformation or process improvement.
What you will do
- Drive strategic problem-solving and transformation work across different industries and business areas.
- Break down complicated business issues, determine underlying causes, and turn findings into practical recommendations.
- Work with clients and internal stakeholders to define priorities, build transformation plans, and map implementation steps.
- Convert customer, operational, and commercial needs into solutions that deliver measurable results.
- Use both quantitative and qualitative analysis to support decisions and build business cases.
- Spot opportunities to strengthen customer experience, operational performance, process efficiency, and digital capability.
- Help move transformation programs from planning into execution.
What we are looking for
The ideal candidate should bring experience from strategy consulting, management consulting, transformation, business improvement, operational excellence, or a similar area. You should be comfortable solving complex problems in ambiguous environments, and have experience supporting or leading transformation, process improvement, organisational change, or customer-led initiatives. Strong stakeholder management, the ability to influence senior leaders, and excellent communication and presentation skills are also important. Candidates should also be able to form strategic recommendations supported by data and insight.
