Role Overview
This position focuses on building business growth through partnerships, customer acquisition programs, and distribution-led initiatives across enterprise partners, merchants, and retail customers. The role requires creating tailored value propositions for different partner groups and designing practical solutions that help drive acquisition, activation, and long-term engagement.
Key Result Areas
- Create customized value propositions and partner-specific solutions for enterprise partners, merchants, and retail customers.
- Plan and execute programs that support acquisition and activation across targeted segments.
- Spot new acquisition and distribution opportunities through partnerships within ABC, ABG, and external ecosystems.
- Collaborate with Product and Distribution leaders to design suitable programs and solution frameworks.
- Lead partnership program development and ensure smooth execution while maintaining strong business relationships.
- Enable partners to promote payment products and support lead and referral generation.
- Build a partner prioritization framework based on service, engagement, and partner lifetime value.
- Run online and offline bulk acquisition initiatives to bring in customers at scale.
- Identify, manage, and align partners with clear objectives, timelines, and repeatable data-backed operating practices.
- Develop and manage ecosystem partnerships that improve access to target customer segments and create added value on the payments platform.
- Focus on achieving strong acquisition outcomes while keeping acquisition costs low.
