About the Role
Tverve Sdn Bhd is a technology consulting company located near Bangsar South, with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies. The firm works primarily with multinational corporations in Malaysia and is looking to grow its team with a Senior Business Analyst who also brings project management experience.

Responsibilities
- Support stakeholder management efforts, including identifying stakeholders, classifying them, mapping relationships, and maintaining engagement.
- Review delivery standards and apply them to complete work on time, within budget, and at the required quality level.
- Take part in workshops and discussions, and translate documentation efforts into business needs shaped by the business case, project scope, and assigned tasks.
- Help convert functional requirements for the development and testing teams.
- Participate in the execution of testing for delivered requirements.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or an equivalent mix of education and relevant experience.
- At least 5 years of experience, including exposure to managing complex projects.
- Experience in the insurance industry will be an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Comfort in dealing with clients and building professional relationships.
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with partners and customers.
- Good organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines consistently.
- A self-driven attitude with the ability to complete tasks independently and on schedule.
- Careful, detail-focused approach to tasks and deliverables.
