Senior AI Developer

Role overview

We are hiring a Senior AI Developer to architect, build, and launch advanced artificial intelligence solutions. This position is suited to someone with deep experience in machine learning, generative AI, large language models, and current AI tooling, along with a strong focus on shipping reliable, production-ready applications.

Key responsibilities

• Create, develop, and deploy AI and generative AI applications end to end.
• Design and improve LLM-based products, AI agents, and retrieval-augmented generation systems.
• Build backend services and APIs that can support AI-powered products at scale.
• Train, refine, assess, and enhance models so they perform well in production settings.
• Apply MLOps practices for deployment, observability, and ongoing model upkeep.
• Work closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver AI-led outcomes.
• Explore new AI technologies, tools, and frameworks and judge their suitability.
• Make sure solutions comply with security, performance, and governance expectations.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of practical experience spanning AI, machine learning, and software development.
• Advanced Python programming ability supported by a solid software engineering foundation.
• Demonstrated success in building and releasing AI solutions into production.
• Strong hands-on exposure to LLMs, generative AI, RAG, AI agents, LangChain, LangGraph, and related modern frameworks.
• Experience working with vector databases, embeddings, and prompt design.
• Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Good understanding of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience developing REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience fine-tuning open-source large language models.
• Exposure to multi-agent AI architectures and workflow orchestration.
• AI-related and cloud certifications will be considered an advantage.
• Hands-on work with tools such as LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, or comparable frameworks.
