Role Summary

This full-time, on-site Security Guard position is based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The role is focused on creating and preserving a secure setting through access control, regular area checks, monitoring activity on the premises, and timely response to alarms or incidents. The position also includes assisting residents, visitors, and staff in a polite and professional manner, while following established security procedures and reporting requirements.

Key Duties

• Keep the assigned location safe by watching over the premises and carrying out regular patrols.
• Check identification and manage entry for visitors and other persons accessing the facility.
• Respond to alarms, incidents, suspicious behavior, and potential safety concerns.
• Record incidents, observations, and routine activities accurately in logs and reports.
• Support emergency response actions and work with supervisors or relevant authorities when needed.
• Provide courteous guidance and assistance to residents, visitors, and staff.
• Follow company protocols and security procedures at all times.

Required Background

Applicants should bring strong people skills and a service-oriented approach, along with practical security experience or training in patrolling, access control, and incident handling. Familiarity with private security practices, especially in facilities management or similar settings, is preferred. The role requires the ability to stay composed during pressure-filled situations, evaluate risks, and take the right action. Strong written and spoken English is needed, while knowledge of additional languages is considered helpful. Basic computer skills are necessary for security systems, reporting tools, and digital recordkeeping. Candidates must also be physically able to stand and walk for long periods. Previous experience in security, military, police, or facilities management roles in the UAE or GCC is preferred, and any relevant security certification or license required locally is an added advantage.
