Compensation
The role offers a maximum salary of AED 12,000 per month.

Al Maryah Island, Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates.
Role Overview
This position supports a legal team with day-to-day administrative coordination, document handling, billing support, and office organization.
Core Duties
- Format, print, and prepare documents and presentations for the team.
- Maintain records and data in Excel spreadsheets.
- Oversee both digital and paper-based filing systems and work with the filing department as needed.
- Prepare and keep billing and recovery statements updated on a regular basis.
- Manage stationery needs for the team as required.
Additional Responsibilities
- Arrange complete travel logistics, including foreign exchange, visa processing, tickets, hotel or guest house bookings, transportation, and timely reimbursement or settlement of travel expenses.
- Keep diaries and calendars updated, coordinate schedules and appointments, and respond to routine correspondence appropriately.
- Track and maintain business card stocks for team members.
- Plan and coordinate meetings, conferences, and formal functions.
