About the role

This permanent Scheduling Officer position is based in Wayville and plays an important part in coordinating staffing to meet client needs. The role focuses on providing excellent customer service while making sure the right support workers are allocated at the right time.

You will speak regularly with support workers, clients and families to share updates about rosters and staffing changes. Building strong working relationships with both staff and clients will be central to ensuring quality care delivery.
