Role overview

Genix Entertainment is seeking an energetic and self-assured Salesperson to manage customer enquiries, understand what each client wants for their celebration, and turn interested leads into confirmed bookings. The position suits someone who communicates well in English, is comfortable speaking Hindi and English, and enjoys interacting with customers while driving sales results.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries across phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and direct walk-ins.
• Reach out to leads through follow-up calls and keep the conversation moving.
• Identify customer requirements and recommend celebration arrangements that fit their needs.
• Handle objections confidently and work toward closing the booking.
• Keep accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and completed conversions.
• Coordinate with internal teams once a booking has been secured.
• Ensure every customer interaction feels warm, premium, and professional.

Eligibility criteria

• Strong command of English communication is essential.
• Hindi and English fluency is required.
• Should be comfortable conducting sales conversations over the phone.
• Must be able to persuade customers and successfully close deals.
• Freshers with excellent communication abilities are eligible.
• Experience in B2C sales, telecalling, hospitality, or events will be an added advantage.
