Role Summary

AllCloud is seeking a driven Sales Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team. This role owns the complete hiring process for go-to-market positions, with a focus on attracting and closing experienced sales professionals, account executives, and alliance leaders who can sell cloud professional services. The right candidate will bring strong experience in fast-moving professional services environments and the ability to build recruiting strategies that support global growth.

What You Will Do

  • Handle the full recruitment cycle for GTM roles, including senior account executives, VP-level alliance positions, and business development hires across AWS and Salesforce practices.
  • Work closely with hiring managers, sales leaders, and executive stakeholders to shape role profiles, clarify hiring needs, and align recruiting plans with business objectives.
  • Use advanced sourcing methods, data-led tools, and direct outreach to identify and engage passive candidates in a highly competitive cloud market.
  • Create a smooth, transparent, and positive experience for candidates from first contact through offer stage.
  • Track market trends in cloud consulting, professional services, and SaaS hiring to advise leaders on compensation, talent availability, and market mapping.
  • Partner with the wider Employee Success and HR business partner teams to support recruiting scale and reinforce the company culture.
  • Collaborate with HR and compensation teams on complex offers, including commission plans and on-target earnings structures.

What We Are Looking For

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience recruiting for go-to-market roles, with success hiring for sales, account management, and alliance positions in technology or consulting.
  • Strong executive search and headhunting capability, including using networks, referrals, and market mapping rather than relying only on standard outreach tools.
  • Substantial experience hiring within professional services, IT consulting, cloud partner ecosystems such as AWS or Salesforce, or specialized SaaS businesses.
  • Expert-level sourcing ability across tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, AI-enabled platforms, and alternative talent networks.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, including the confidence to advise senior leaders.
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and perform well in a fast-paced growth environment.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related subject, or equivalent hands-on experience.
