Role Overview

ALQasr Real Estate is looking for an energetic, goal-oriented Real Estate Sales Manager to lead sales operations in Doha, Qatar. The role focuses on growing property transactions, guiding the sales team, and expanding the business across both residential and commercial property segments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct, encourage, and support the sales team so they consistently meet and surpass targets.
  • Create and execute sales plans that improve performance and revenue.
  • Develop lasting relationships with clients and investors to support repeat and new business.
  • Spot new market opportunities and stay aware of industry and location trends.
  • Handle the full property sales cycle, including inquiries, negotiations, and deal closure.

Requirements & Qualifications
