Role Overview
This is a full-time, office-based inside sales position in Indore for a rapidly expanding international fintech business. The role focuses on converting warm leads, managing objections effectively, and driving deal closures.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to inbound leads sourced through Meta ad campaigns and assess their suitability.
- Present the product and pricing in a clear, confident, and easy-to-understand manner.
- Continue follow-ups over WhatsApp to move prospects toward conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales progress in the CRM.
Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant should have 1–2 years of experience in inside sales or telecalling. Exposure to finance, forex, or related financial products will be considered an advantage. The role requires fluency in both Hindi and English, the ability to handle 80–100 calls per day, and a proactive, self-motivated approach with strong consistency.
Compensation and Work Details
The position offers a fixed monthly salary of Rs. 20,000 along with performance-based incentives. Working hours are from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and the job is based in-office in Indore.
