Role overview
As a Sales Coordinator in Hilton’s Doha hotel team, you will help keep sales activity organized while supporting lead generation efforts that contribute to new business growth. The role is centered on efficient administration, strong coordination, and delivering the kind of hospitality that leaves a positive impression on guests and business partners alike.
Key responsibilities
- Handle everyday sales administration, including data entry, invoice sharing, Salesforce activity updates, and record management to keep the team running smoothly.
- Support the preparation of contracts, proposals, RFP responses, client call recaps, and booking and loyalty-related reports.
- Research, identify, and assess unmanaged and prospect accounts to help build a healthy pipeline of qualified business opportunities.
- Work closely with Hilton Worldwide Sales colleagues, customers, and hotel partners to uncover and qualify new opportunities, run discovery calls for unmanaged accounts, and tailor solutions to client needs.
- Contribute to special initiatives, customer engagement activities, meetings, conferences, and other departmental projects as required.
