Role Summary
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Consultant position in Singapore. The role involves supporting customers throughout the complete vehicle buying journey, starting from the first enquiry through to needs assessment, test drives, product demonstrations, and vehicle handover. The consultant is expected to nurture strong customer relationships, manage leads, maintain a personal sales funnel, and work toward sales targets while representing the BMW brand in a premium and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries and move prospects through the full sales cycle.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable BMW vehicles.
- Arrange and conduct test drives and product presentations.
- Explain model features, financing choices, and other value-added services.
- Build lasting relationships with customers before and after the sale.
- Follow up on leads and keep the sales pipeline active and organized.
- Work with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and delivery.
- Keep CRM records and other sales information accurate and current.
- Stay informed about BMW products, new technologies, and market developments.
- Support a consistently high-end customer experience at every touchpoint.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Strong selling skills, with the ability to advise customers through complex buying decisions.
- A customer-first approach with a focus on service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills for presenting, negotiating, and building trust.
- Experience in automotive sales or premium/luxury retail is an advantage, especially with a history of meeting or surpassing targets.
- Professional conduct, integrity, and strong personal presentation.
- Willingness to work on-site, including weekends and retail hours when required.
- Comfort using CRM software and basic digital tools for lead tracking, follow-up, and reporting.
- A diploma or similar qualification is preferred.
- Ongoing learning and participation in product training are expected.

The role is based in Singapore and is full-time with an on-site work arrangement. Candidates should be prepared for retail-style working hours, including weekends where needed.
