Responsibilities

• Help ensure customers leave satisfied by having strong product knowledge and working closely with colleagues to deliver excellent service.
• Meet sales goals while providing a strong customer experience and keeping up with store operating expectations.
• Work toward individual performance targets as well as productivity objectives.
• Approach each customer with open questions to understand what they need.
• Learn about products and trends so you can explain them clearly and match recommendations to customer needs.
• Stay informed about product details, current trends, and upcoming releases.
• Support a workplace culture that is positive, respectful, and inclusive.

Requirements

• Between 0 and 3 years of retail experience.
• Confidence and ease when speaking with customers and creating a high-quality shopping experience.
• A strong drive to perform well, supported by genuine interest in customer interaction and athletic products.
• Ability to take initiative and complete tasks without needing constant supervision.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

This role is based in Auckland, Auckland, New Zealand and is offered as a part-time, onsite position.
