About the role
Join Pandora as a Sales Assistant in London and help create memorable customer moments through beautifully crafted jewellery. In this role, you will guide shoppers, support sales performance, and represent a globally recognised jewellery brand known for quality, craftsmanship, and sustainability.
The position is permanent and part-time, offering 8 hours per week. The role is based on-site, with work required across Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. The hourly rate is £14.55.

What you’ll do
- Welcome customers and deliver a polished, memorable shopping experience in line with Pandora’s service standards.
- Work towards sales targets and key performance measures, including conversion, average transaction value, and units per transaction.
- Build trust and repeat business by offering personalised service and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Share product knowledge, help customers choose jewellery pieces, and act as a confident ambassador for the brand.
- Support daily store activity, including stock handling, shop floor presentation, and accurate till operations.
