Role Overview
The Sales Analyst will be responsible for executing and keeping close watch on sales programs. This position is focused on ensuring that sales targets are achieved, incentive rules are followed, productivity stays strong, and execution remains consistent across cities and shifts. It is a practical, on-ground role that partners closely with center managers, cluster managers, and city teams.
Core Responsibilities
In this role, you will monitor sales performance, maintain reporting accuracy, and help resolve operational issues that affect results.
- Review daily and weekly sales outcomes across all gyms.
- Track new memberships, conversions, and renewals.
- Keep dashboards and MIS reports updated and accurate.
- Spot gaps, shortfalls, and irregularities early and escalate them where needed.
- Ensure performance is measured against the right targets and slab structures.
- Identify breakdowns in process and coordinate with center teams to correct them.
Stakeholder Coordination
The role serves as a link between sales teams and other business functions to keep execution aligned.
- Coordinate between sales teams, HR, Finance, and leadership.
- Run recurring review discussions with regional and cluster heads.
Key Performance Indicators
- Accuracy and timeliness of data and reports.
- Share of centers meeting reporting standards and SOP compliance.
- Correctness and turnaround time of incentive payouts.
- Lower sales leakage and fewer disputes.
- Consistent execution quality across centers.
Experience and Skills
This position calls for a candidate with sales operations exposure, strong spreadsheet capabilities, and a problem-solving, data-led approach. Experience in gyms, retail, QSR, telecom, or other multi-location businesses is preferred, along with exposure to fast-scaling startup environments. SQL knowledge is an added advantage.
