Role Summary

As a Room Attendant / Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms. Your work will help ensure guests enjoy a comfortable, spotless, and welcoming stay while contributing to memorable hospitality experiences.

Key Duties

• Clean guest rooms thoroughly, including replacing linen, sanitizing bathrooms, and wiping all surfaces to create a strong first impression.
• Follow the hotel’s housekeeping standards and procedures consistently to maintain high-quality output.
• Keep housekeeping carts stocked, tidy, and ready for use throughout the shift.
• Handle cleaning products responsibly and follow all safety practices to maintain a safe work environment.
• Protect guest privacy and security at all times.
• Escalate maintenance concerns quickly so issues can be resolved without delay.

Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate is service-oriented, detail-focused, and comfortable working in a hands-on role. Good communication, strong time management, and the ability to work well with a diverse team are important. The job may involve moving between rooms via internal and external stairways and open walkways, so physical stamina is required.
