Role overview
This position is for a retail store supervisor at Esso in Edmundston, New Brunswick. The role is based entirely at the workplace, so duties must be carried out on location with no remote-work option.

Key responsibilities
- Oversee staff, including apprentices, stage hands, design team members, and other workers as needed.
- Allocate sales staff to specific duties and shifts.
- Recruit new employees and provide training, or arrange training for them.
- Create and manage work schedules.
- Sell products as part of daily store operations.
- Handle customer concerns, complaints, requests, and inventory shortages.
- Maintain stock levels and keep inventory organized.
- Direct and coordinate the work of team members.
- Manage cash handling and related transactions.
