Key responsibilities

• Plan and run end-to-end social media campaigns designed for the hospitality and events space.
• Develop, schedule, and share compelling content on Meta channels such as Facebook and Instagram.
• Draft persuasive advertising copy and refine ad creative to improve campaign performance.
• Track campaign data, interpret results, and prepare reports on engagement and booking growth.
• Work closely with hotel leadership to keep messaging aligned with the brand and seasonal offers.
• Create recurring content that showcases the hotel’s standout features, guest experiences, and proximity to event destinations.

Requirements

• Background in managing social campaigns for hospitality, travel, or event-led businesses.
• Strong working knowledge of Meta tools, including Facebook and Instagram advertising and analytics.
• Excellent copywriting ability for both promotional ads and social content.
• Proven ability to generate measurable improvements in reach, engagement, and lead generation.
• Comfort using content planning and scheduling tools, along with basic image and video editing.
• Clear communication skills and a strong eye for detail.
• Ability to work remotely with flexible hours; preference for candidates based in Portugal or familiar with the local market.
