Role Overview

This position is focused on end-to-end recruitment and onboarding support for business needs across the region. The role requires close coordination with department leaders, hiring partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure hiring is completed within approved budgets and turnaround times.

Recruitment Planning and Sourcing

  • Review manpower plans on a quarterly basis and assess hiring needs across departments.
  • Discuss role requirements with department heads, define the profile, and build a practical hiring plan.
  • Attract candidates through job portals, professional networks, social platforms, employee referrals, internal movement, consultants, and other cost-efficient sourcing methods.
  • Work with external sourcing partners to make sure their activity follows the organization’s sourcing service levels.
  • Track recruitment metrics regularly to keep hiring cost and turnaround time under control.

Screening, Assessment, and Selection

  • Carry out initial candidate screening and prepare shortlists based on the required selection criteria.
  • Coordinate interviews with departmental leaders and support candidate assessment activities.
  • Ensure all required checks and documentation are completed, including referrals, medicals, and other pre-joining steps as per company policy.

Joining and Onboarding

  • Handle joining-related administrative activities for new hires.
