Company Overview
Seaworks Company began in Kuwait in 1991 under the name Mubarakia Marine Service Co. and has since evolved from a marine services contractor into a broader services group covering marine construction, ship management, heavy equipment rentals, and earthworks. The business follows a long-term growth plan built around technology transfer and strategic partnerships with major international organizations such as ITOCHU Corporation and Tekfen Construction & Installation Company.
The company also draws strength from its parent organization, Khalil Mahmoud Trading & Contracting Est. (KME), a Grade II contractor with a well-established record in large civil and electrical projects across Kuwait. KME has played a key role in the development of important districts and infrastructure in the State of Kuwait and has also led major agricultural and horticultural work in the Wafra area. Together, this background makes Seaworks a stable employer with regional reach and a strong pipeline of future projects.
