Summary
WhiteCap Search is looking for a meticulous, reliable Recruiter to support the handling of utility invoices through vendor portals. In this position, you will help ensure invoices are retrieved, processed, and delivered correctly into internal systems on time. The role calls for someone with solid experience in account reconciliation, vendor coordination, and improving operational workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Handle the collection and processing of utility invoices from vendor portals.
- Make sure invoices reach internal systems accurately and within required timelines.
- Oversee vendor portal access, including setting up accounts, managing credentials, resolving access problems, and troubleshooting issues.
- Review and reconcile utility accounts and invoice records, identify mismatches, and work through discrepancies to maintain accuracy and compliance.
- Work closely with Accounts Payable, Treasury, and divisional teams on invoice processing, payment-related questions, and rollout of program initiatives.
- Track the Utility Automation Program, flag workflow breakdowns, protect data quality, and contribute to process enhancements.
Experience required
The role requires at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
