Position Overview
This is a contract-based remote recruiting assignment supporting a project team. The role focuses on finding, screening, and coordinating qualified candidates to help meet hiring demands for assigned positions.
Key Responsibilities
You will handle end-to-end recruiting support for designated openings, including outreach, screening, interview coordination, record management, and status updates for the project team.
- Assist with recruiting work across assigned roles.
- Identify candidates through approved sourcing channels.
- Review resumes and initiate early-stage candidate outreach.
- Arrange interview schedules and manage communication with candidates.
- Keep recruiting data and candidate records current in the applicant tracking system.
- Share ongoing updates on sourcing progress, pipeline activity, and candidate status.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.
- Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience for cyber-related roles.
- Hands-on experience using an applicant tracking system to manage candidate details, interview activity, and status tracking.
- Background in sourcing talent through job boards, social media, and professional networking.
- Experience conducting screening conversations with candidates.
- Ability to coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Experience preparing or supporting reports on pipeline progress and candidate movement.
Compensation
The contract pay range for this assignment is $55 to $60 per hour. Final compensation depends on skills, experience, and location and will be determined by the third-party provider delivering services.
