Role Overview

As a Recruiter on the Recruiting team, you will help identify top talent with the mindset, drive, and discipline needed to contribute to demanding projects successfully. You will work closely with management, keep stakeholders updated on recruiting topics and KPIs, and communicate clearly and consistently with all involved parties.

The role also involves handling complex situations with confidence, bringing structure and ownership to recruitment operations, and ensuring the quality of the hiring process through documented standards that are continuously improved.

You will take a data-driven approach to strengthening recruiting outcomes and processes, focusing on attracting the right candidates through the right channels and improving results in a sustainable way rather than chasing short-term volume.

Active sourcing is an important part of the role, along with direct candidate outreach and the ongoing analysis and refinement of sourcing performance. You will also build and maintain long-term partnerships with universities, student groups, and external service providers.

  • Develop and sustain relationships with universities, student communities, and external partners.

Requirements

  • Several years of recruiting experience, ideally in a technology or software-focused environment.
  • An excellent university degree in psychology, ideally sports psychology.
  • Fluent German at minimum C1 level and strong business-level English.
