About the Role
Join a respected and long-standing accountancy practice that supports a varied client base with bookkeeping, tax, and advisory services. The business places a strong emphasis on accuracy, efficiency, and delivering high-quality client support.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle bookkeeping duties across a mix of SME and corporate clients.
- Record and process financial transactions while keeping accounting data precise and up to date.
- Prepare account reconciliations, VAT returns, and management reporting.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and provide continued bookkeeping assistance.
- Use QuickBooks extensively to provide fast, reliable, and accurate client service.
Candidate Profile
- Strong, advanced-level experience with QuickBooks is required.
- Proven ability to manage full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple clients through QuickBooks.
- Background in preparing VAT returns, reconciliations, and month-end reporting.
- Prior experience in an accountancy practice would be an advantage.
