About the Company

Role Overview
This role sits within an experienced commercial team and supports the successful delivery of projects by helping protect commercial outcomes, strengthen client and site relationships, and manage project risk.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare tender submissions, assess subcontractor options, negotiate terms, and complete subcontract orders through to final account closeout.
- Track and present forecasts, targets, reconciliations, site records, document control, variations, and valuations.
- Support site records and documentation processes with accuracy and consistency.
- Work closely with the site management team, influencing and challenging commercial matters while safeguarding contractual and commercial entitlement.
- Oversee Assistant Quantity Surveyors and Trainee Quantity Surveyors, including review and sign-off of SMM and measurement-related work.
Requirements
- Proven background as a Quantity Surveyor on residential or commercial construction projects.
- Strong capability in report writing, forecasting, planning, and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A relevant third-level qualification.
