Role Overview
An opening is available for a Quality Compliance Expert to support a client project in Doha, Qatar. This assignment runs for 12 months and focuses on maintaining quality systems, meeting regulatory obligations, and supporting audit readiness across the organization.
Quality Management System
You will be responsible for building, updating, and sustaining the quality management framework in line with relevant standards such as ISO 9001. A key part of the role is to keep all QMS documents accurate, current, and properly deployed across teams.
Regulatory Compliance
This position requires close tracking of applicable rules, standards, and guidance issued by authorities and industry bodies such as FDA, ISO, and OSHA. You will ensure products, processes, and systems remain compliant, and you may also need to prepare and file compliance-related documentation with regulators when required.
Audits, Inspections, and Corrective Action
You will plan and oversee internal and external audits, support inspections and certification activity, and maintain follow-up on findings until corrective and preventive actions are fully closed. The role also includes helping third-party audit teams during assessments.
Technical and Analytical Capability
The position calls for strong knowledge of regulatory standards, quality management systems, and risk handling. You should be comfortable investigating non-compliance issues, identifying root causes, and applying corrective and preventive action methods. Use of quality tools such as Six Sigma, FMEA, SPC, and root cause analysis is expected.
Experience and Preferred Profile
Prior experience in quality compliance or quality engineering is required, ideally within a regulated environment such as medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or automotive. Professional certification in CQE or CQM is preferred. Strong analytical ability, problem-solving skills, and communication skills are important for success in this role.
Language Requirement
Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
