Stellenbeschreibung
Overview
This role sits within a major transformation programme in Dublin and offers the chance to take real ownership of defined project workstreams. You will work closely with the Programme Lead and be responsible for moving tasks through to completion, managing plans, keeping delivery on track and ensuring stakeholders stay informed in a busy, changing environment.
What you will do
- Take end-to-end responsibility for assigned project workstreams.
- Create, maintain and monitor project plans, schedules and delivery milestones across several priorities.
- Draft and deliver status updates and reporting packs for senior stakeholders.
- Keep project governance up to date, including RAID logs, action logs and decision logs.
- Develop effective working relationships across the organisation to sustain accountability and progress.
What we are looking for
The ideal person is highly organised, proactive and ready to step up in their project management career. You should be comfortable leading your own work, working with senior stakeholders and bringing clarity and structure to ambiguous situations. This opportunity is suited to someone who wants to contribute directly to programme delivery rather than simply support it.
- 3 to 7 years of experience in project management, PMO or project coordination.
- Previous exposure to delivery approaches such as Agile, Waterfall or a blended methodology.
- Excellent communication skills across written, visual and verbal formats.
- Confident using PowerPoint and Excel to produce clear, well-organised reporting.
- Motivated to grow and build experience within a programme setting.
