Role overview

The Production Manager will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day shopfloor activities, keeping manufacturing schedules on track, and ensuring output, quality, and delivery commitments are consistently met.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily production operations and maintain manufacturing plans and schedules.
• Oversee fabrication, roll forming, punching, cutting, assembly, and dispatch functions.
• Drive achievement of production goals, quality benchmarks, and delivery timelines.
• Improve machine usage, workforce productivity, and overall manufacturing efficiency.
• Work closely with design, procurement, and logistics teams to keep operations aligned.
• Apply quality assurance and workplace safety practices across the plant.

Desired profile

• Should have 1 to 5 years of experience in solar structure manufacturing or a similar industrial setting.
• Prior exposure to managing projects successfully in a comparable role is preferred.
• A Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. in a relevant discipline such as Energy and Power Engineering or Mechanical Engineering is expected.
• Must understand core production management concepts and process-improvement methods.

Eligibility

Candidates with a B.Tech/B.E. background in Energy and Power Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering are eligible to apply.

Additional information

This is a walk-in opportunity based in Ghaziabad, India. The role is in the manufacturing domain, and compensation is stated at INR 3,00,000 to INR 6,00,000 per year.
