About Atria Health Institute

Atria Health Institute is a membership-based primary and specialty care practice centered on prevention and longevity. Its multidisciplinary physician team delivers proactive, preventive, and precision-oriented care for members and their families. Membership includes primary care, advanced screening and diagnostics, urgent care, specialty care, 24/7 home visits, and imaging within the annual fee.

The organization’s mission is to help align healthspan and lifespan for everyone by turning scientific advances into real-world medicine as they emerge, while restoring a more human experience to health care. Providing this kind of highly personalized, preventive care depends on strong coordination across the entire team.

Following the launch of its flagship institute in New York in 2022 and expansion to South Florida in 2024, Atria is preparing to bring its model to the West Coast with a Los Angeles institute opening in late spring 2026.

Role overview

The Product Operations Associate will support clinical teams in adopting, using, and improving the tools and systems that help them deliver excellent care. This role brings product-minded thinking and operational discipline into healthcare to help the organization scale efficiently and deliver advanced medicine to more members.

You will work closely with colleagues across Technology, Care Coordination, Hospitality, Membership, Legal, and Finance to make sure teams have the knowledge, structure, and support needed to use Atria’s internal tools and platforms such as custom-built systems, ZenDesk, Slack, and Gmail. This position is well suited to someone who wants to grow toward Program Management or Product Management in healthcare.

What you will do

  • Work with Care Coordination, Hospitality, and other teams to review existing workflows and identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies.
  • Collect user input and highlight recurring issues to guide process updates and product improvements.
  • Convert team needs into clear, actionable requirements for Product, Design, and Engineering.
  • Build scalable processes and operating systems that reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
  • Write and maintain SOPs, best practices, and process documentation.
  • Suggest and help implement technology solutions that improve productivity.
  • Coordinate the rollout of new tools, system changes, and product features.
  • Create training sessions and onboarding resources for different teams and roles.
  • Act as a main support contact for questions, troubleshooting, and day-to-day adoption support.
  • Monitor platform usage and adoption to assess whether tools are being used effectively.
  • Use data and qualitative feedback to spot opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with IT and Product to prioritize, plan, and ship enhancements.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, Clinical, Operations, Legal, and Finance stakeholders.
  • Help bridge communication between technical and non-technical teams.
  • Support phases of the product lifecycle, including testing, release planning, and training.
  • Ensure operational readiness for technology and system changes.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in operations, project management, program management, or a comparable role.
  • Strong empathy for healthcare providers and an interest in helping care coordination teams work more effectively.
  • Ability to explain technical ideas clearly to people without a technical background, with patience and tact.
  • Excellent problem-solving ability and comfort working in a fast-paced environment that changes often.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a collaborative working style.
  • Willingness to stay hands-on and adapt quickly as team needs evolve.
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI as part of workflow optimization.
  • Experience with common healthcare tools and systems is beneficial, though not mandatory.
  • Direct patient care experience is a bonus, but not a requirement.

  • Fitness benefits, including Wellhub plus access.
  • 401(k) contributions with a 4% employer match after 6 months.
  • Flexible time off.
