  • Help lead the delivery and implementation of data solutions.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to bring complete solutions to life.

  • Strong intellectual curiosity, analytical ability, and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Proven ability to understand and improve complex processes.
  • Comfort managing several priorities with limited supervision in a fast-moving environment.
  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to balance competing priorities and different goals.
  • Uses data to define problems, evaluate trade-offs, and shape solutions.
  • Communicates clearly, accurately, and on time.
  • Must be performing satisfactorily in the current role.
  • Values diverse people, perspectives, and working styles.
  • Consistently follows safety and security practices for self, others, and personal data.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred qualifications

  • Background in building or leading data design in a retail environment.
  • Experience with retail order management, booking, ticketing, business intelligence, or data analytics.
  • Knowledge of PNR, order, booking, and/or ticketing concepts.
  • Experience in a commercial or operations area such as reservations, airport customer service, eCommerce, revenue management, or sales.
